Jewellery designer, Delfina Delettrez's surreal inspired designs are expertly crafted in her atelier in Rome. Combining precious metals with colourful gemstones, Delettrez's 'phantom' settings create the illusion of jewels floating around the body. Case in point: this 18kt yellow and white gold Two in One diamond earcuff. Featuring a white diamond with 0.17ct. This is a single earring.
